The staff was caring plus the location was comfy and perfect. Our room was a nice size and air-conditioned with bed and bathroom, and we liked having access to wake-up service.

The beds were made and the towels were changed daily, ensuring comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the staff were understanding when we had an accident and broke a toilet seat, not charging us for the replacement. despite not having a view from our room, the convenient location of the hotel meant that we were always out exploring Rome, leaving us no time to miss the view. I would highly recommend Roma Art Rooms for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Location: the hotel was very close to city center and terminal station and two metro lines and national rail. I thoroughly enjoyed the room for air con, the bed was great! The private parking was on-site, good service.

The location is favorable and magnificent, just a 10-minute walk from Castro Pretorio subway station. the staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating. - the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms come equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

We stayed at Roma Art Rooms for three days in March, with our family including grandparents and small kids. The location was easy blocks from Termini and had great dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The external keyed gated entry provided extra security. The owners were welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Rome!

Had a fantastic Xmas break! Loved the free breakfast and complimentary wine in the room. the location couldn't be better , right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Plus, the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Oh, and the bed was so comfy , slept like a baby!

The size of the room , definitely on the smaller side. And with all the noise from the streets, it was hard to get a good night's sleep sometimes.
